i have this deep longing to do the "longing" project the H2 art people had done for their promos. i already have an idea of what i want to do, which is actually somewhat like grace's, except that it's going to be an entirely different installation. and that my research drawings and concept development will be missing. i kinda got my inspiration from one of those yf theme talks earlier this year. disclaimer: the longing i'm doing actually CAN be fulfilled! hehh. ask grace! (:

you know when i saw those tears welling up in her eyes after her presentation, i could really feel this immense sense of familarity. people have said, suffer for your art. i kinda got reminded of that fateful day when i broke down in front of helen last year. art is very much alive, especially when what you're doing is something so close to your heart, something so important to you, just like that "longing" project.

oh well.

anyway, THE HAZE IS BACK. in other words, MY HEADACHES ARE BACK. alamak.

oh yeah. i finally dropped by vivocity today! was crapping to huiyan that harbourfront centre's business will be positively affected. cos many people will go harbourfront mrt, and when they see the huge crowds making their way to vivocity they will be so sian and decide to go harbourfront instead. HAHA.

but vivocity's uber cool la. we went 3rd floor first and there wasn't alot of stuff there so i actually thought people were only making a mountain out of a molehill. and boy was i wrong! we went to 2nd floor after that and it was HUGE. and very very crowded. which means that it's not really a place for me. you know, once a one-hour-shopper, always a one-hour-shopper. tp should know what i mean eh.

and so after approximately one hour, dot has reached her quota so she decided to SIAM. we were saying that there will be tons of other opportunities for us to explore that place. i think by the time we die, we would have known vivocity by heart already. hahaha.
